We emphasize your child's physical development, ensuring proper posture and stretching readiness. Exercise also helps to strengthen the immune system.
During the exercises, all muscles of the corset are actively engaged and joint flexibility is improved. Intense exercise will lead to a slim and flexible body.

We are happy to accept children ages 3 and up into our center.
Each girl is given a classic leotard of black color, hair should be gathered in a bun at the training session.
It is obligatory to bring gymnastic half shoes, an individual water bottle and a jump rope. If something else needs to be brought with you, the coach will inform you about it additionally.
From the age of 5, we allow participation in all competitions.
It all depends on the level of difficulty and training, minimum training 2 times a week, maximum 6 times a week.
It all depends on the group in which you train, for beginners the training lasts 1 hour, for experienced it is the longest training from 3 hours.
There are up to 10 people in a group.

No, from the youngest age children are trained by a coach without a parent present, but we do give an opportunity for a parent to be present at a trial training session.
